The 30FL14 triode pentode offers high voltage gain in a screened design. It was probably designed for VHF television use. The PCF808 is a direct equivalent and also printed on the envelope.

Through the screen can be seen the three wire grids. The control grid has copper supports and the whole assembly is mounted at right angles to the triode.
