The CV4116 is an EHT rectifier on an IO base, the average current is 50 mA and the peak is 3 A. The CV specification sheet indicates that the commercial prototype was the UR45.
The CV4071 has a glass envelope and slightly different ratings.
This CV4116 is new and in its original polythene bag. This then fits into an expanded polystyrene moulded holder within a cardboard box.
The KB/RB identifies this valve as being made to specification K1001 or K1006, the B denotes qualification by a UK authority and the RB identifies the maker as Ferranti, Dundee.
The wide ceramic tube envelope is 25 mm in diameter, and excluding the IO base pins, is 96 mm tall.
References: Data-sheet. Type CV4116 was first introduced in 1962. See also 1962 adverts.
