The CV5201 is a miniature grounded grid triode with a 2.5 Watt anode dissipation for operation into the UHF at 550 MHz. The CV1763 is given as an equivalent and the CV5201 is probably a slightly revised version.
The KB/LB identifies this valve as being made to specification K1001 or K1006, the B denotes qualification by a UK authority and the LB identifies the maker as CSF, St. Egreve, Grenoble, Isere, France.

The central double sided cathode and grid sits between a pair of channel anodes. The bright strap looks like a thick white line across the centre of the image.
The thin glass tube envelope is 18 mm in diameter and, excluding the B7G base pins, is 46 mm tall.
