The CV494 is a thin wall Geiger-Muller tube for the detection of beta and gamma radiation.
The actual working voltage is given on the base cap.
The thin glass tube with internal coating.
The central electrode terminates at the end of the envelope.
The thin glass tube envelope is 17 mm in diameter, and excluding the IO base pins is 182 mm tall.
