The CV2625 (commercially the 338A) is a long life hydrogen thyratron with a maximum PIP of 325 Volts. No other information has yet been located.
The heater is on the right and the shielded anode lead is on the left. There looks to be a single control element - making this a triode thyratron.
The classic envelope is 38 mm in diameter, and excluding the UX5 base pins is 92 mm tall.
