The 83V is an indirectly heated full wave rectifier with the cathode connected to one side of the heater.

The UX4 base pins. These are solid as the base is a bayonet type that the pins rotate into.

The classic envelope is  mm in diameter, and excluding the UX4 base pins is  mm tall.
