The PM4 was introduced in 1925 and improved in 1929. The design of the printing matches the PM3 and PM6D boxes. The PM3 carton is date stamped to 1934. This folded carton has a formed cardboard inner shaped as an oval to hold the valve in the centre of the box. The box is 70 mm square and 133 mm tall.
