We have no operating details about this photocell.
The envelope is blackened apart from a small window opposite the cathode. The top cap is typical of the early 1930's style of production. The bakelite moulding style can be seen on valves from Cossor, Mazda and M-OV - it seems they all had the same supplier.
The wide glass tube envelope is 32 mm in diameter and, excluding the B4 base pins, is 97 mm tall.
