The B5C5T is a television camera viewfinder tube. The modern design has bonded deflection coils and a virtually flat bonded faceplate.
Like all picture tubes the EHT is connected to the final anode by a recessed connector. There is graphite on both the inside and outside of the envelope bell, probably to act as the smoothing capacitor for the EHT.
The bonded faceplate. The glass is quite thick and curved on the inner surface. The rectangular screen is 85 x 68 mm.
The neck components and electron gun.
The end window envelope is 20 mm in diameter, and excluding the B7G base pins is 165 mm tall.
