The B5C5T is a television camera viewfinder tube. The modern design has bonded deflection coils and a virtually flat bonded faceplate.
Like all picture tubes the EHT is connected to the final anode by a recessed connector. There is graphite on both the inside and outside of the envelope bell, probably to act as the smoothing capacitor for the EHT.
