This CRT came from a Telequipment D61 oscilloscope and the oscilloscope manual is the attached PDF. The final anode runs at 2,500 Volts and is of the Post Deflection Acceleration type.
The makers label with the date stamp of 26/09/1974. The GH phosphor is medium persistence green.
The end window envelope is 56 mm in diameter, and excluding the base pins is 350 mm tall.

The flat face is 133mm in diameter.
The oscilloscope that this tube was taken from. These were workhorses of the TV service sector and Telequipment was a low cost brand of Tektronix.
The oscilloscope is solid state apart from the CRT and produces little heat.
