This IO based valve appears to be a hexode because of the four grid supports visible. If it is, then there will also be a triode section to complete the mixer configuration.

The etched type number will be found in an octagonal frame about one third of the way up the side of the glass, but was not visible during photography. It is not necessarily on the same side of the valve as the markings on the base.

The classic envelope is 36 mm in diameter and, excluding the IO base pins, is 103 mm tall.
