The 6D3 is a Mazda miniature valve that houses a single signal diode. The special feature of the design is a slow heating cathode.The thin glass tube envelope is 18 mm in diameter and, excluding the B7G base pins, is 45 mm tall.Reference: 1040 & 3002.
