This is a WWII Klystron without its cavity. See CV67 for a similar tube with cavity.
The detail picture shows the electrodes that clamp to the cavity. The thinner electrode injects electrons into the drift space and the wider electrode has a central hole for the electrons to pass through.
The wide glass tube envelope is 27 mm in diameter and, excluding the IO base pins, is 163 mm tall. The clamping flanges are 51 mm in diameter.
