This unknown valve has the typical green print of a Mazda valve. The metalisation suggests early 1930s as does the screw top cap. In the past someone has placed sticky tape over the type designation and rendered it unreadable.
The closest visual match to other exhibits is the 215SG and a screen grid valve is the most probable identification.
The classic envelope is 43 mm in diameter, and excluding the B4 base pins, is 106 mm tall.
Reference: Observation.
