The RV2,4P700 is a directly heated RF pentode from the late 1930's in Germany. The base moulding has a brass insert for a handle so that equipment could be operator serviced 'in the field' as this was made for military applications.
The klf and the German eagle symbol. The word Wehrmacht looks to have been overprinted to obliterate it on the top band.
The screening hides the internal structure.
The original box.
The thin glass tube envelope is 20 mm in diameter and, excluding the base pins, is 47 mm tall.
