The 58CV is a photocell with a caesium on silver photo cathode and a ring anode. The spectral sensitivity is in the red and infra red regions.
The bowl shaped cathode with the anode ring above.
The photocell was NOS but the cathode looks to be degraded.
The flying leads.
The end window envelope is 16 mm in diameter and, excluding the base wires, is 30 mm tall.
