The IW2 is an indirectly heated full wave rectifier with the original UK standard heater of four volts.

The feint etching on the dome carries the Mullard name and the IW2 Type designation. Also the basic parameters are included.

The balloon envelope is 45 mm in diameter and, excluding the B4 base pins, is 100 mm tall.
