The EY802 is a half wave EHT rectifier with a 6.3 Volt heater that is designed to operate at 20 kV. This suggests small monochrome TV sets or professional equipment such as Radar displays.
The Mullard logo is the later stylised M.
The bell anode with shield tray below.
The rectifier set against a metal ruler.
The cathode tube is located close to the centre of the anode bell.

The thin glass tube envelope is 22 mm in diameter, and excluding the B9A base pins is 67 mm tall.
