The Tungsram is a battery vari-μ RF tetrode for radio use for RF or IF amplification. The SE211 seems to have the same characteristics as the C variant.
The B4 base and pins.

The classic envelope is  mm in diameter and, excluding the B4 base pins, is  mm tall.
