The 14C7 is an RF pentode on a Loctal base that was designed for use in AC-DC receivers with a series heater chain operating at 160 mA.
The 7C7 differs only in heater characteristics.
The Type designation is etched into the dome.
The Loctal base pins and spigot.
Thanks to Mark Mallison for sending the images.
The wide glass tube envelope is  mm in diameter and, excluding the footless base pins, is  mm tall.
