The M-OV TT100.

The TT100 beam tetrode from The M-O Valve Co., is primarily intended for use as a Class AB power amplifier for SSB transmitters in ships. It will give a PEP. output of 100W with inter-modulation products of -42dB for an HT of only 600V, while 200W PEP. is available for an HT of 850V. The stated output powers are maintained up to at least 20MHz, while at 30MHz the output is greater than 85% of the low frequency value. (Anode dissipation significantly greater than these values are permissible for short periods). Class AB2 operation is recommended and is made possible by the very low grid interception of the valve.
