The two part box is made from plain card and has a paper wrap printed in black, blue and orange. The specific valve details are on a separate piece of paper stuck onto the paper wrap. The valve is protected by a cylindrical liner sitting above wadding at one end of the inner box. The box measures 80 mm square × 131 mm.
