The Radion name is feint and best seen at an angle. Face on it hardly notices.
The B4 base pins are of the simple split-pin type.
For use wit a 4 Volt accumulator a 30 Ω series resistor is required.
The third type of BBC trademark stamp was in use from 1924 to 1927.
Around the evacuation pip is a piece of green paper in the shape of a five pointed star.
The balloon envelope is 35 mm in diameter, and excluding the B4 base pins is 86 mm tall.
