The CV595 (commercially the 6SH7GT) type was designed for wideband RF and IF amplification and has a relatively high gm value to ensure a good gain-bandwidth product.
The wide glass tube envelope is 28 mm in diameter and, excluding the IO base pins, is 66 mm tall.
