Sensibly equivalent to:
75B1 CV284 CV5083 GTR75M

The QS75/20 voltage stabiliser will strike at 110 Volts and for currents between 2 and 20 mA will keep the output voltage constant at 75 Volts to within 5 Volts.
Keith Watt reports that the GEC CV284's that he owns have the separate ignition electrode. The GEC/Marconi datasheet says that these stabilisers do not have the ignition electrode. Any additional information would be welcome.
The thin glass tube envelope is 18 mm in diameter and, excluding the B7G base pins, is 45 mm tall.
Reference: Datasheet. Type QS75/20 was first introduced in 1954.
