Sensibly equivalent to:
75B1 CV284 CV5083 GTR75M

The QS75/20 voltage stabiliser will strike at 110 Volts and for currents between 2 and 20 mA will keep the output voltage constant at 75 Volts to within 5 Volts.
Keith Watt reports that the GEC CV284's that he owns have the separate ignition electrode. The GEC/Marconi data-sheet says that their stabilisers do not have the ignition electrode. Details ignition electrodes can be found on the attached data-sheet.
The thin glass tube envelope is 18 mm in diameter and, excluding the B7G base pins, is 45 mm tall.
Reference: Data-sheet. Type QS75/20 was first introduced in 1954. See also 1954 adverts.
