The 6AK5W is a physically small amplifier pentode for use as a low noise amplifier at VHF. The W suffix is there to denote a special quality variant of the basic 6AK5.
The side view of the anode box shows the fixing flange.
The thin glass tube envelope is 18 mm in diameter and excluding the B7G base pins, is 35 mm tall.
