The QZ06-20 is the quick heating version of the QV06-20 small transmitting beam tetrode for mobile use. The QZ06-20 would reach 70% of full power in 0.5 seconds from cold.

The wide glass tube envelope is 36 mm in diameter and excluding the IO base pins, the valve is 78 mm.
