The 6Н2П in Cyrillic has been rendered as 6N2P in latin for indexing. This is valve from the Soviet era in Russia and CCCP denotes a valve from the USSR. The construction is of a pair of triodes in the envelope.
R J Sutherland writes: Although the Soviet Union had a centrally planned economy, it still had different manufacturers each with its own distinctive logo which appeared on the products. In this case the valve was produced by the Voskhod factory.
