HMS Collingwood Museum

The CV150 is a pulse operated klystron for transmitter use. At 3186 MHz it would produce pulses of 30 kW peak power. The output was coupled from the valve via the waveguide flange.
The wide glass tube envelope is 39 mm in diameter and, excluding the base pins, is 197 mm tall. The waveguide flange is 54 x 82 mm.
