The U15 is the commercial type number for the military NU13A and CV1266. The U15 is a single rectifier in a magnificent glass envelope. The style of the lettering is indicative of its M-OV origin.
The L4 base is 55 mm square.
The wide glass tube envelope is 48 mm in diameter and, excluding the L4 base pins, is 145 mm tall.
Reference: 1043. Type U15 was first introduced¶ in 1934.
