The Rubon Puratone P.3 is described as a dull emitter power valve. When this valve was made (1924) power was a few tens of milli-Watts.
The paper label around the base cap give basic operating details.
The filament, anode and grid operating values.
The rest of the label completes the parameters presented.
The amplification factor and anode AC resistance.
The Rubon identification and the BBC stamp. This stamp was used between 1924 and 1927.
The base pins are of the simple split-pin type.
The balloon envelope is 45 mm in diameter, and excluding the B4 base pins is 93 mm tall.
