The CV6194 is a small X-Band klystron with integral tuning screw and waveguide flange. The data-sheet gives it as equivalent to the K391.

The side view shows the coupling between the main tube and the 41 mm square waveguide flange. The tuning screw is at the lower right.

Seen from the flange, we see the threaded matching screw. The tuning screw is mounted behind.

The thin metal tube envelope is 17 mm in diameter, and excluding the wires is 53 mm long.
