The LX230 is a battery triode. Double 2 supplied Hungarian valves at around the 1926 period. Little is known about this brand.
The identification is etched onto the envelope dome. The only operating conditions known are those written on the glass.
Looking up from the base and under the gettering, one can see the horizontally mounted electrode system.
In this image the pair of V filament strands can be seen as well as the wire of the grid.
The lettering is clearer in this picture.
The balloon envelope is 45 mm in diameter, and excluding the B4 base pins is 80 mm tall.
