The Osram P215 is a directly heated triode. Etched faintly on the side of the glass are the words Osram Valve.
The dome carries the etched Type designation and the words Made in England.
The horizontal anode. The grid can be seen at the lower part of the image.
On the side of the glass is the very feint stylised lettering - Osram Valve.
A slightly better image of the grid.
Reference: Data-sheet. Type P215 was first introduced in 1930. See also 1930 adverts.
