The DDA/13L from Radio Record is a double diode on at Ct5 base, the DDA/13 is the same valve but fitted with a B5 base cap. The 13 indicates the heater voltage.This small double diode will have been designed for signal rectification and not as a power rectifier.The standard way of identifying a non-uk produced product.The classic envelope is 26 mm in diameter and, excluding the Ct5 base pins, is 80 mm tall.Reference: 1043.
