This exhibit has no other type designation other than HF Amplifier. It is a battery triode on a B4 base.
The dome carries the words: Radio Super Valve in a circle together with 2V and 200V for filament and anode voltages. The central wording is HF amplifier.

looking up from the base the filament, grid and anode can be seen. At the top of the picture can be seen the top mica. The dark line across the middle of the hole in the mica is the filament support spring. This is fixed into the mica on either side.
The classic envelope is 40 mm in diameter, and excluding the B4 base pins is 89 mm tall.
