The E1624 is an indirectly heated triode. It appears to have multiple anode connections. The box identifies this exhibit as an L77 and the pin connections match. The paper label obscures the electrodes and so a more detailed comparison is not possible.
The serial number is 173.
The thin glass tube envelope is 18 mm in diameter, and excluding the B7G base pins is 47 mm tall.
