The TP22 is a battery triode variable μ pentode frequency changer or mixer. The triode section is designed to fulfil the function of local oscillator.
The reverse is plain zinc paint.
The classic envelope is 45 mm in diameter, and excluding the B9 base pins is 109 mm tall.
