The 210PGA is a directly heated battery heptode frequency changer or mixer. The oscillator with g2 as the anode at 120 Volts will consume 1.1 mA.The 210PG from 1934 is almost identical but the anode voltage maximum is 150 Volts. The plain conductive paint connects to the base via the wire seen here. The classic envelope is 50 mm in diameter, and excluding the B7 base pins is 121 mm tall.Reference: 1043. Type 210PGA was first introduced in 1938. See also 1938 adverts. |
