The only Type identification is the number 38205. The base cap also has Navy and Sylvania written on it. We believe that this is probably a 0B3.The 0B3/VR90 is a gas filled discharge valve that maintains 90 Volts within 5 Volts for currents of between 5 and 30 mA.
The cathode cylinder can be seen clearly as the glass is not internally coated. The getter is near the base of the pinch.The classic envelope is 38 mm in diameter, and excluding the IO base pins is 89 mm tall.References: Data-sheet. |
