The 367 is a full wave gas filled rectifier that was designed for charging up to 12 lead-acid accumulator cells in series at a maximum current of six Amps.

This type of rectifier was made by several companies, General Electric called them Tungar Bulb.
The four base pins are larger than the B4 base and the separation is greater. The relative spacing matches the B4 base.
