This twin flash tube is unusual in that it is fitted on a B14A base that is more usually seen on image orthicon camera tubes. So far we have found no operating details. The design looks to be like a modern studio flash rather than an ultra short duration flash.
The trigger electrodes are not joined together, so the tubes can be operated independently.
The trigger wires and strips on the outside of the glass. A trigger voltage of around 10 kV would be needed to start the main discharge.
The B14A base.
The envelope is  mm in diameter and, excluding the base pins, is  mm tall.
