The 5651 is a small, special quality voltage stabiliser. The striking voltage is 115 Volts and the maintaining voltage is 86 Volts. For a tube current variation of 1.5 mA to 3.5 mA. The 5651 is essentially a voltage reference for use in a stabilised power supply.
The internal coating hides all internal structure. The thin glass tube envelope is 18 mm in diameter and excluding the B7G base pins, is 46 mm long.References: Data-sheet Type 5651 was first introduced in 1948. |
