The WL-532 is a spark gap for use to block off a radar receiver during the high power transmit pulse. These are normally called TR Cells.
The gap is defined by the diameters of the tubes.
The wide glass tube envelope is 29 mm in diameter, and including the base pins is 71 mm tall.
