The VR119 is a double signal diode later renamed the CV1119. The commercial prototype was the Cossor DDL4.
The silver gettering obscures the details but under strong light the heater entering a single cathode can be seen. The diodes are thus stacked vertically. The balloon envelope is 30 mm in diameter and, excluding the B5 base pins, is 78 mm tall.Reference: Data-sheet. |
