The CV1635 is an HF pentode based on the 5A/163K.
looking through the screening mesh the anode can be seen to be two small plates connected by a strap. The suppressor grid is an open helix, the screen grid passes flat across the cathode and control grid.
The ITT branding. Note the screening at top and bottom outside the screening mesh.
The original box dated December 7, 1960.
The thin glass tube envelope is 18 mm in diameter and, excluding the B9A base pins, is 45 mm tall.
