The CV2347 (equivalent to the commercial 5B/258M) miniature beam tetrode was designed to have the same ratings as the classic 807 but with a 300 mA heater for series connection.
The KB/F identifies this valve as being made to specification K1001 or K1006, the B denotes qualification by a UK authority and the F identifies the maker as STC, Paignton.
The adverts show the family of 807 replacements based on this design.
The wide glass tube envelope is 29 mm in diameter and, excluding the B8B base pins, is 86 mm tall.
References: Data-sheet & 1040. Type CV2347 was first introduced in 1955. See also 1955 adverts.
