The CV4055 a special quality video output valve is the only data we could find for the CV4119. These video valves are based on the commercial 6CH6.
It is a beam tetrode with the beam plates being formed from four vertical support rods. The cathode is flat and the grids shaped to pass across the cathode at a constant distance from it.
A closer view of the grids.
The anode with screening above the top mica.
The thin glass tube envelope is 20 mm in diameter, and excluding the B9A base pins, is 58 mm tall.
References: Data-sheet, 1040 & 3002. Type CV4119 was first introduced in 1952. See also 1952 adverts.
