The 32E is a variant of the Type 32 American tetrode and is described as an RF Pentode. The Type 32 was designed as an RF amplifier in battery operated receivers.
The main image seems to show three grid supports.
The Brimar name but also Made in USA.

The classic envelope is mm in diameter and, excluding the UX4 base pins, is mm tall.
