The ARP1 is a critical distance beam tetrode based on the KT2. Before the CV register called it the CV1118 almost every branch of the UK government purchased this valve under their own Type code. Previously = NR39, VR118 & POVT136.
The bright anode with mica sheet above. There are two filament tension springs.

The classic envelope is  mm in diameter, and excluding the B5 base pins is  mm tall.
